Blue-Ray (SL) Ltd. was incorporated and registered with the Government of the Republic of Sierra Leone in 2016 as a Premier Company — born from a simple conviction: Sierra Leone's infrastructure should be built by Sierra Leoneans, supported by the best partners the world has to offer.
Over the years we have concentrated on mobilising the right professionals, skilled and unskilled labour, equipment and tools — and on identifying credible partners and financiers to bring international capacity to local projects.
Today Blue-Ray runs two connected businesses. On the construction side we are a contractor to the Sierra Leone Roads Authority and other government agencies. On the mining side we work seven mineral streams on licensed ground, with our own processing plant and haulage fleet. Each side makes the other cheaper and more reliable.
