Blue-Ray (SL) Ltd. is a fully registered indigenous Sierra Leonean company, incorporated in 2016. We mobilise local and expatriate professionals, our own heavy plant and credible international financiers to deliver roads, bridges, buildings and mining operations on time and on budget.
That combination is unusual here, and it is the point. The haulage fleet that moves bauxite to the port also carries aggregate to our construction sites. The sand we wash supplies our own concrete. We never promise more than we can deliver — and that record is what earned us standing relationships with the Sierra Leone Roads Authority, the Ministry of Health & Sanitation, the Sierra Leone Port Authority and NaCSA.
